Terms of ServiceThe following are my official terms and conditions that clients must agree upon before I start working on a commission. By submitting an order, the client agrees on the terms and conditions listed below.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.Please be aware I have the right to decline a commission. In the event the client demonstrates aggressive, disrespectful, or demanding behavior, their order will be canceled and they will receive a 50% fee for my time.PaymentI accept payments via Paypal only
Full payment upfront is required.Refunds/ChangesDuring the commission process, the client will have the oppurtunity to request two free revisions after the first sketch process.
After the two changes additional fees may be required.
After the piece is completed, any requested changes will be charged.
Commission requests can be cancelled before the artist begins the project.
If the client requests a cancellation after the project has begun, a partial refund will be allotted according to the amount of work that has been done.
No refunds on finished pieces.
If for any reason I will not be able to complete the commission anymore, a full refund will be given.
The commissions will not be eligible for commercial use or resold.
All the artworks are for personal use only.
If the client wants to have commercial rights, they will have to contact me as the prices will be changed.Copyright/ExclusivityAll the copyrights for the work done on a commission will be retained by me, unless it is for commercial use.
The client will not have exclusivity on the art, unless it is for commercial use. (I will be able to stream my process, post photos on socials, etc.)DeliveryThe commission will be delivered through email or google drive.
